Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States, and standard shipping is free on every US order.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1-2 business days, followed by 4-6 business days in transit. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. No-reason returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to the exclusions in our Refund Policy. Dr. Squatch pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

When will my refund arrive?

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and normally post within 5-10 business days after issuance.

Can I cancel an order?

You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Checkout may offer Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Payments are processed in USD.
