About Credit/Debit Card
At Dr. Squatch, checkout is conducted in US dollars (USD). Available card methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover when displayed at checkout.
Secure Processing and Authorization
Authorized payment providers process card details using their security controls. By placing an order, you authorize validation and charging of the selected payment method. A temporary authorization may appear before the final charge, while a declined or incomplete authorization can delay or prevent processing.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact yokutssetout@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback so we can review billing, delivery, cancellation, return, or refund records. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with the supporting transaction evidence permitted by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method. A financial institution typically posts the credit within 5-10 business days after the refund is issued.
Taxes
Taxes are collected as required by applicable law and shown during checkout when applicable.
